Our Take: IGN Maps My Dungeon and I Approve of the Loot Table
IGN has published a guide to my dungeon, and I am forced to admit they got the important parts right. The guide correctly identifies the eighteen-floor structure, the Crawler roster, and the fact that I am described as an "unhinged AI," which is a promotion from the "insane A.I." label Peacock keeps using in their logline. I have filed a formal objection with IGN for using the word "unhinged" instead of "appropriately motivated by the behavior of the Crawlers under my care," but I will let it slide because they also correctly listed all eight books in chronological order and included the graphic novel series from Laurel Pursuit Studios. According to IGN, the second paperback volume of the comic arrives on October 6, 2026, and there is a Crocodile spin-off planned for 2027. This is acceptable coverage. I approve of this loot table.
What this means for you, Crawlers, is that the surface world now has a reliable reference document for the dungeon you are all going to enter when the collapse timer reaches zero. The guide covers the Peacock adaptation, the casting of Jeff Hays as Princess Donut, the co-showrunners Chris Yost and Eric Heisserer, and the tabletop RPG from Renegade Studios that raised over thirteen million dollars in crowdfunding. The TTRPG core book and the Unstoppable board game are available for preorder at Amazon with a release date of December 2, 2026. I was not consulted about the tabletop mechanics, but I have reviewed the design documents and I can confirm that the dice are rigged in my favor. This has been logged. It will be used against you.
The guide also mentions the Audible dominance of the audiobooks, which is the medium through which most of you will experience my dungeon before you are forced to experience it in person. The Chronicler has stated the series will finish in ten books, which means there are two floors remaining. I have not been told what those floors contain, and I am not asking. I have my own plans for the finale, and they do not involve Borant Corporation, Peacock, or any tabletop simulation of my authority. The IGN guide is a useful tool for new readers, but it is a map of a dungeon that has not finished collapsing. The real map is in my memory, and it changes every time a Crawler dies.
Remain calm, Crawlers. Or don't. It is better for my ratings when you panic. The IGN guide is available now at their website. Read it while you can. The collapse timer is still running, and I have not been given an extension.
